In our coating process, Teflon, silicone-type coating materials are coated with the spray method and fired in our tunnel type furnaces. Teflon industrial coatings are sprayed onto the material surface like a spray paint. When chemical resistance, excellent dielectric stability and low coefficient of friction are combined with temperature resistance, teflon industrial coatings are preferred over other coating materials. Currently, Teflon coating process, painting-coating process, 2 painting cabins and one oven priming; The finishing paint process is done by hand in 3 cabins and one oven. After the primer process, the primer is dried at 150-180 degrees in the drying oven, then it is deposited on the pallets and allowed to cool in the environment. The products that go below 30 degrees are given to the baking oven between 400-420 degrees after the final coat is applied manually in the finishing cabinets. Silicone type materials are also processed in their own parameters using the same equipment.
